September is National Preparedness Month!
September is National Preparedness Month (NPM). This year's theme is "Don't wait. Communicate. Make your Emergency Plan Today." Each week in Septemeber there is a focus on a different type of emergency and how you and your family can prepare. We are asking you to take action now – make a plan with your community, your family, and for your pets. Plan how to stay safe and communicate during the disasters that can affect your community including floods, wildfires, hurricanes, and power outages.
