Walton Options is proud to announce that we will be hosting two FREE employer trainings for employers and or hiring managers. Learn about inclusive disability employment while earning SHRM and HRCI credit!
The training is designed to help employers, HR staff, and hiring managers to confidently recruit and hire top talent with disabilities. Our training focuses on four key areas:
- Understanding Disability
- Disability Employment & Boosting the Bottom Line
- Recruiting Top Talent (with Disabilities)
- Reasonable Accommodations Made Easy
These trainings will be held on August 15 and August 22.
August 15, 10:30am-12:00pm: Aiken County Public Library
August 22, 9:00am-10:00am: Walton Options Walterboro Office
Our only goal is to help build the capacity of employers in South Carolina. This free training is provided by Walton Options with the support of the US Administration of Community Living through the Employment First Initiative Grant and Hire Me SC.
