This Free job-ready workshop is designed to help prepare you for your path towards gaining employment and career success. The workshop will address areas you need to think about when it comes to employment including:

  • Learning how to prepare for job-interviews;
  • How your appearance makes an impact on potential employers;
  • Becoming an expert on yourself & how it can help you get a job;
  • How to create a network of resources can to make a big difference in the job hunt;
  • Preparation for job-fairs, interviews, and work;
  • Utilizing community resources to locate and obtain the right job for you;
  • Learning what it means to be work-ready;
  • What an elevator-pitch is and how it can work for you;
  • How to avoid the pitfalls of job-hunting and starting employment;
  • Learning how to accomplish your goals to getting hired;
  • And much more!
